How can I get back into art to help with a breakup?

I just broke up with my boyfriend and I've decided to return to my long-lost love of art would be the best remedy. My problem is that after so long of not nurturing that passion, I've lost the confidence I used to have. Every time i start something I throw it out 5 minutes later, I'm not happy with anything I do. How can I get over this?

well when you draw even if it's bad don't throw it out. keep it and work on it. if that doesn't work keep the pictures to remind you what you can work on to improve. and im sorry about your breakup. hope this helps!
