What should I do after a serious relationship breakup?

after 2 years what can I do to get over her? I'm planning on throwing all of gifts away everything that she gave me to begin with. My only problem is that when I go to places it just reminds me of her. and I'm young (21) anyways I'm in college and work, and this is my first serious relationship.

take it slow. throwing out the things is a good start. keep in touch with your friends more, they will help you get your mind off her.

Go hunting for a new significant other. Which won't be the same, but it can still be a valuable relationship.
