Any advice on filling in a profile on a dating website or any dating advice, please?

Hi, I would really appreciate any advice you can give on filling out a profile on one of those dating websites.I get a mental block when it comes to filling one in and never know where or how to start, obviously I would like it to be appealing but end up putting, I’m shy and quiet but kind and caring has the intro which I can see being a turn off.But because of me being shy and quiet, I find it difficult to approach women has it is.Like mentioned earlier, any advice would be much appreciated.Thanks.

Dating profiles can really be broken up into three main parts.Intro - describe yourself brieflyWhat you have to offer in a relationshipWhat you are looking for in a partnerI wouldnt say you were shy or quiet, I would just say your reserved and down to earth, kinda means the same thing but sounds better.Say your a genuine guy, thats looking for a real relationship, with someone who has similar interests.Good luck
