I need male and female advice with this one please!!?

so i met this guy where i live. im in nursing school and he is graduated from a&m and hes an engineer. GREAT GUY. we started seeing each other and to be honest- i fell pretty hard, quickly. well he got reassigned to houston (with the same company) for about 6 weeks, but im 3 hours away. its a really good move for him cause hes moving up, but im pretty bummed about the situation.of course i told him i was happy for him and that i was proud he was doing it. but i feel we didnt get enough time to spend with each other to see if we really wanted to continue something, and now his boss is telling him that it could be a perminant move... and im stuck here until i finish school.--so my point, he told me he didnt want a relationship right now cause he doesnt know whats going on with work, he got out of a 3 year relationship about 6 months ago(roughly give or take a few months), and etc. but he told me he likes me and he knows i like him, but i dont really know what to do about it. and i need some KIND advice from some guys and girls that know what kind of situation im in! thanks!!

He told you he doesn't want a relationship right now. I say find someone else
