Female advice please??

i like this girl from work, we have spent a few evenings together and when outside work are all kissy and cuddly. we dont speak all that much in work and noone knows we have seen each other like this. we email all day and text all night however i dont want to jump in too quick or ruin what might happen (maybe nothing) what would you recommend? im not sure she likes me much but she says i make her feel slightly nervous?? any advice on any issue will be appreciated, thanks in advancewe talk at work but to be fair we spend most of the time working...

Just be patient. She maybe holding to the rule about not dating anyone from work but feels a connection with you. Respect her wishes to keep things on a down-low at work.Otherwise, keep doing the things (outside work) that you two have been enjoying together.Maybe by her saying you make her nervous, she might be telling you to back off a bit.Maybe let things cool off for a little while, then surprise her (at home) with a delivery of flowers. Woman ALWAYS love flowers being delivered to them.Good Luck!
