what should i do?im an 8th grade student and i like one of my friends, a very good friend actually, and i dont know what in the hell i should do. she knows i like her and hasnt responded to that with any sign of sharing my feelings.i was with her today and we were talking and she said that out of all her friends, i understood her the most. i feel the same way about her, but i dont think she understands how much i like her.please help!

u can just come out n tell her when u 2 r alone, or ask her to go out somewhere with u like the movies or somethin

have you considered asking her out? that's how me and my boyfriend got together...we were best friends for a long time, and then on my birthday he asked me out. it was really cute.then again, if she's not picking up your hints... she might not be into you.i'd try to ask her (very casually)"so, any guys caught your eye lately?"see what her reply is... it might help you figure out where you are in her life.

i think that she only thinks of you as a friend or maybe she isn't ready to take it to the next level because she thinks that she may loose your friendship if something goes wrong. maybe you should try being more upfront. also you may want to give her some space. maybe this way she'll see how really important you are to her. and if she still doesn't respond then I think you guys are only meant to be friends. good luck. i hope everything works out.
