I wouldn't wear a slip with it, and stockings would be a bad idea, unless they are hold ups. It looks like any imperfection would show through, so keep the lumps and bumps underneath to a minimum.

Rachel, first of all girl, you have great taste. That dress is stunning! Hun I would wear a silk camisole with black garter belt and silky sheer black stockings. The dress is lined so that usually means that it has a satin or silk slip sewn in to it already. Girl you will be fine just shave the legs or get them waxed and slip into that dress and you will feel like a million dollars! Oh don’t forget the shoes, I hope you have a great pair of heels oh an after thought (pedicure might be needed if the shoes are strappy or open) be confident and you will be fine.Emily
