Need some female advice. What to do about this girl?

There is a girl at work who has shown interest in me and has asked me out several times. I've tried to explain to this girl that i am in a committed relationship and have no interest in her. Despite this she continues to ask me out, she is a nice girl and i don't want to have to be cruel to get rid of her but i am running out of options. What to doAlso i haven't told my girlfriend about her as she can get jealous and possesive, should i tell her? and how should i do it?

Try to hook her up with someone. You and your girlfriend and the other girl and her male friend can go out to dinner or something.

Well I think you have to put everything out on the table with this girl. Let her know that you'll have to take actions if she doesn't back off. Don't think there's a need to tell your gf but if she backs off eventually, you can tell her a short version of it.

you have to be direct to this girl. If she asks you out again say"I'm sorry, I really am, but I am NOT interested in you."it may sound a little cruel...but whats really cruel is getting that girls hopes up all the time.
