I am 21 years old and I have been married for 3 years. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years now and still no luck. My periods never come on the same day each month. They are always 3-5 days late. They was regular for about 3 months and that was it. And now every month I never know when my period will come. I am just worried that something is wrong with my female organs. I am also wondering if this could be why I am not getting pregnant. Any answers will be appreciated. (I have had a pap smear 1 year ago and everything turned out okay)

Well one cause for problems conceiving is endometriosis. It can't be diagnosed unless you have surgery but this could be the problem.

I think you should visit an OB/GYN doctor and see what's the real problem to this. Everybody don't have periods on the same day and time they had it the month before. Periods can be tricky so you can not always depend on the RIGHT time. The best why to have a baby is too lay on your back so the sperm will stay in. I hope this help you out.

Get your periods regulated first by going on the birth control pill for about 6 months. Then try getting pregnant. Also, if your husband is wearing jockey shorts as underwear have him switch over to boxers. Also, have your husband go to a health food store and purchase a herbal preparation for men to help with their sperm production. He can ask about it from one of the clerks.

You should go to a gynecologist to make sure that everything is okay, and that you can conceive. Trying for three years is a long time.But you do know that nobody gets their period on the same day every month, right? Everybody has a cycle, and the average cycle is 28 days.
