It's a lovely dress. I would wear a full slip. It will be more comfortable. As for as pantyhose it depends. Are your legs shaved? Are you going to some kind of formal event? Pantyhose are pretty unsightly and uncomfortable. I wouldn't bother unless you need the layer (cold night) or you don't shave your legs. I am sure you'll look hot either way!
