One of my female friends having Cramps due to period. Advice to help her?

normally I give advice or help but I'm stumped on this one any help would be appreciated.lol thanks everyone I'm sure she'll appreciate it. She is kinda moody now that you mention it but thats ok, moody people amuse me for some reason, still I don't like her being in pain. THANKS LOTSlmao, your right I'm not her bf. She could take a painkiller like Tylenol or Pamprin which is specifically for cramps. Also, she could eat a banana which has potassium. This helps with cramps. Or getting light exercise (such as walking) is said to help as well. Drinking lots of water is also helpful.
