Some advice wanted fom female perspective?

theres a girl where i work, shes pretty cute. id quite like to get somewhere with her beyond the odd bit of chatting and getting her to do stuff for me (shes my unofficial assistant).before i make a fool of myself, i want to know how open she is likely to be - shes quite smiley with me and will often do stuff for me when i ask. i dunno if shes just being generally nice or doing it for me as shes into me abit.what would be a female perspective on this? shes 18 btw if that makes a difference.any signs of her being into me would be cool, as this stuff goes over my head usually and i tend to get it wrong.cheers!

she seems shy, so i wouldnt pounce or anything, just ask her to go for a drink on a friday after work or summat. but i wouldnt make a move staright away

if she looks u straight in the eye when she smiles u can tell by the look that u see in her eyes the eyes dont lie

Never, ever get involved with a co-worker...Eventually, you will have a fight or breakup, and you will still have to work with them..You would be better off,asking your sister to introduce you to her best friend....

Just take the plunge and ask her out. You have the same angst everyone else has about being rejected. The only way you will ever find out is to just go ask. Dont over think it. Just ask her if she'd like to go out sometime.I wish you well!

invite her out for a drink and get to know each other. might end up finding out that she really is not as nice as you think.
