this is a serious question from a 23yr old female to a gay man?

Default this is a serious question from a 23yr old female to a gay man?
I am just wondering if anyone has had bowel problem after having anal sex. and my boyfriend likes it I don't mind but it doesn't feel as good as I have heard it can, will it eventually?

I'm a girl but have heard form medical people that it can tear your'lever'. I forget the name. Then it doesn't open to let stuff out, it is always open. Thus, no bowel control...
