She maybe does'nt know what to do. Ask her if she had ever done that before. If not describe to her what to do.

well first of all don't rush her she will do it when she's ready don't ever pressure a girl to do somthing she don't won't to do this will ruin a relationship...just give her a little more time im sure she will come around to it.

Whilst things are started to get heated up, suggest a 69 and see how she reacts to it. Or what you could do is while your laying kissing or something, when she goes to kiss you move so she kisses your neck, could try moving YOUR body upwards if you have enough room, hopefully she won't follow you?Definitely though just say"do you fancy doing 69"if she doesn't want to, don't push it, cut down on what you give her by a lot though. When she wants it herself after waiting for you to, she'll probably go down on you.
