Friend going to get busted for smoking pot, should i tip him off?

He's freshamn class VP, and the treasurer (both of our friend) got tipped off by a couple kids that he smokes. They're gonna write him a letter or something, and see if they can"help him", and if they cant, they're taking him off student council and suspending/expelling him. How can I help him? should i tip him off?

Yeah, tell him what he's in for basically, so he can prepare.

yea. you should. he either needs to help himself or learn the lesson the hard way. he really needs to stop or else it could be REALLY bad for his future. talk to him until he stops for good

That's bullsh"tI mean, the weed can't be so bad for him if hes your VP and Treasurer and has been smoking all this time...I mean I understand if he comes to meetings blazed and fucks stuff up for you guys.Why does what he does on the weekend matter if he still does good work?

Yeah, I'd warn him, at least he'll know to be careful and avoid making things worse. Sounds like he'll be OK if he pretends to be contrite.If you really want to help him, get him the names of the assholes who ratted on him. Just letting other kids know who they are should be sufficient punishment -- who would want to hang out with someone like that?
