Need some advice for a friend who's husband is sick?

Default Need some advice for a friend who's husband is sick?
My friend's husband has been in a coma for 3 weeks. He's come out of it, but now he's in a mind state of a 6 yr old. He has no insurance and needs some assistance for physical therapy. Is there a non profit charity that can help her and him in the state of Georgia? Medicaid won't help, said that he is high risk! They said they would consider him in a year. Any advice welcome. Thanks.

she may need to divorce him so the state will help him...

Go to hospital and talk to one of their people...they know what is available in these cases.
