She ask me why her breast itch and that her areoleo sole on her breast are very dark and they feel dry and rought. And they are sore, I think she pregant.

She needs to see a doctor. she can also try Vit E or natural aloe to stop the itch. Rub it on the itching at least 2 times a day.

You could be right , this could also be signs of breast cancer. Either way she needs to know, now. She should see her doctor.

When breast grow they can sometimes itch. A lot of women experience sore breasts at different points in their menstrual cycle. I can say that dry, itchy breasts are not a common symptom of pregnancy. If your friend has been sexually active, and there is a chance she could be pregnant, the over the counter tests at the grocery store are pretty reliable ( not 100%).Either way, if this is new and unusual for your friend, she should speak with her medical provider.
