i need friend advice...?

i have a friend but she lives in a different state. she told me that her ex-boyfriend has been hitting her and threatening her at school, so i told her to tell her parents and counselor but she said that they didnt believe her. i really want to help her but since that i am so far away from her, i dont know how to help her. i've tried giving her advice but i dont know if that would work out. what should i do to help her?

Tell YOUR parents.Their word and yours should get something done.So just get your parents to contact her parents and the school she and/or the boyfriend attends.

Try having her get pictures of this abuse. Then maybe you can convince her parents.

well...her parents and school should believe her. so i doubt she has told anyone. if he is abusing her...you should call the police. thats the best thing to do.
