I have a friend who has a really bad diet. He eats a lot of chips and drinks lots of carbonated drinks. He doesn't eat vegetables and every now and then eats a lot of fruit. He also doesn't really do anything strenuous. He sits around most of the day and plays games or listens to music. He's not fat but I know that this is horrible for him...any help?I can tell he does...and this just seems worse. Every other guy I know seems to do something...he just doesn't really do anything.He's also a very very picky eater. He doesn't like to eat a lot of healthy foods.
