I need friend advice...?

So I just learned that Sara, one of my closest friends, just got fired from her job because one of the other workers told their boss that she was letting her boyfriend in after the place was closed and locking themselves away in the office, which is a complete lie. And the boss just believed her and fired Sara. Instead of confronting her with this information, however, he told her she wasn't working hard enough, which is also a lie.Now, I'm friends with this person's daughter, which complicates things. I want to tell Kay about how her mother sabotaged my best friend's job, but I don't want to get her mad because she's pretty close to her mom. And I'm not sure what I'd even accomplish (or what I want to accomplish) from doing that. But it's just so frustrating that I have a link to the person who got my friend fired from one of her best jobs and yet can't do anything about it!Can anyone give me some advice?

well i'm not there and we dont really know all the details, but I'd bet that there is more to the getting fired than just the boyfriend thing. The boyfriend thing is probably just one piece of it - and the friend probably would have been let go sooner or later anyway/Its too bad that it was a"good"job, but maybe that boss wasnt really a good person to work for anyway.Dont worry yourself over it - you didnt cause it and you probably cant fix it.Let it go - bygones.Take care.
