I want my friend from India to visit what can I do from the USA to help him?

My friend lives in India. He can not get an appointment until November. Is there anything I can do from my end to help this happen faster? I can write an invitation letter to him. Inviting him to stay at my home. What else can I do?

He will never be granted any american visa, unless:1) his wife is american (he has to proove it with a marriage certificate)2) he has been hired by a well known american company (he has to proove with with a job offer letter from that company)3) he is a very rich and famous actor, singer or polititian
