Friend advice Help?

so i sold a friend a cellphone cuz i dont use it anymore and he was buggin he wanted it, so i said well i will sell it to you. Anyway i give him the phone and he says he doesnt have the money and wants me to wait a week, so that week comes and he used it and then he says he bought another phone off his other friend thats better and he says he will just give me the phone back what should i do i feel like a deal is a deal and he should get stuck with the phone. i think its like if he paid me its his bad rite? Help me out Please i havent taled to him but i need some advice

Yeah, you're right, a deal is a deal. But a deal didn't happen. He never paid you so the transaction wasn't completed. Take your phone and suck it up.

You really didn't loose anything but you gained a valuable lesson about this friend. Take the phone back and leave him alone. you'll be better off.

yes, a deal is a deal. but a freind is a friend. as long as he didnt damage the phone I wouldnt damge yor friendship over this. He should have realized that he would be outing you by buying another phone. but this time just be the man and forget it.
