Im 19 and have a 16 year old friend. We used to be boyfriend and girl friend but we broke up and now are more like brother and sister. My friend told me last night that she took a test and was pregnent and she hasent told anyone else yet, but knows that she wants to keep the baby and will not do an abortion or anything. My friend lives with her parents who arnt very rich and my friend already works almost everyday a week trying to help support them. I really care about my friend and want to help her out anyway that I can. If anyone knows of what I can do to help my friend out that would greatly be appreciated!BTW-She is pregnent with her casual boyfriend, not me
First of all i would just like to say kudos to you! you are an amazing friend and i see that! I am very proud of you for wanting to helpsecond of all just tell her that you will be there no matter what! tell her that you will support her and help her, all she needs to do is ask you and you will do it! It may help if you help her tell her parents and the boyfriend. She is going through a VERY scary time and she needs all the help she can get. good luck and god bless!
all you can really do is be there for her.....go to appointments with her if she needs a friend there....start looking around and picking up cheap baby clothes and things like that....little things like that will mean a lot more to her than you really think
help her thru it. if she asks something from u, then do it. even if she doesnt and you think she needs it, then do it. money aint all that she will need, especially when her secret comes out. just let her know that ur there for her and will do anything to help thru it
