Default not my question,a friend wants to know?
how do you get set in blood stains out of your sheets. she go her period at night and is doing laundery and wants to get as much blood as possible out of her sheets....ps she is twelve and cant wear a tampon sooo....

Soak sheets in cool water with small amount of laundry soap for 20 mins. then launder as normal.
