How should I make a move on my crush? Advice, opinions, strategies needed asap!!

One time he dropped me off at my house after a party and tried to kiss me on the lips but i got shy and turned away. the next night, we were dancing at another party and having a great time, i told him i had a crush on him and he tried to kiss me but i pushed him away again.then after like 10 minutes i finally let him kiss me (it was a long soft kiss). after that, i went on a trip and he asked my sister about me and she said i didnt mean anything i said (wtf right?!?!).but he still came to my house when i got back to say happy birthday to me.i hadnt seen him for about a month since then bc after that, his frat"brothers"made him get really drunk and then let him drive anyway-he got a dui.he's also really dorky and probably thought i wasnt interested so i made the first move by inviting him over to watch a movie at my house and he said yes.i asked him for friday but he had to go to a retreat so he asked me out to the movies monday night (lol and he's friends with my brother and he actually asked him if it was ok to take me to the movies) but on the"date"he brought his brother and his gf..i think he was nervous? we had a great time and talked a lot and by the end of the night he said we should hang out again soon (he seemed kinda nervous lol during the movie his leg kept bouncing haha and when he spoke to me he got really close to my face lol). The other night he asked my brother if he could come over our house to hang out..but his mom wouldnt let him at the last minute lol =/..yesterday we were texting each other kinda flirty lol and we're planning on hanging out at my house one friday by ourselves..What should i do now? Text him again and make convo?..and then what do I do when I see him? I'm 18, he's 20 by the way and im leaving for NYU aug 24..i've never made out before so i want to kiss him soooon! lool advice!
