3 years old and french kissing?? come on... sounds like she or he has seen a little more in their life than the average 3 year old.. i suggest getting a new lock on the bedroom or saving PDA's for when the child isn't looking!

Yes an easy way to stop them from doing that is to either cover your walls in Tabasco sauce so the taste will shy them away from it or the other form of punishment involves a car battery, mattress springs, and a bucket of water you got those things? CZ if you do then its time to learn a lesson!!!

She's just playing / experimenting. It's really not a big deal. Talk to her about appropriate public behavior. She is old enough. DO NOT PUNISH HER. The bigger deal you make of this, the bigger issue it will be.
If she has been exposed to this sort of behavior (watching others) then this needs to stop as she may have developed some sort of curiosity about it.
Maybe she does it because she gets a reaction from you.

When you say French kissing, is she just slobbing all over the wall acting like she is kissing it? Or she trying to imitate something that she may have seen? Regardless, children at the age of 3 copy everything they see adults do. Unless you fear that she has been molested, there is no reason to take any action at all.

Your child is being normal. You should not "punish" children at all, but absolutely not for being normal!

She probably doesn't know she is "french kissing" anything, and if she does, than I think that she may be a little over exposed to some things. My three year old does all sorts of wacky things like that too, they are kids, it is what they are supposed to do. They develop through the senses, and taste is one of them
