any advice on a first kiss???!?

OK even tho i haven't had my first kiss yet, i want some advice on it just in case i get 2 Harv it anytime soon (CZ I'm a girl who doesn't know Wat to do wen the time comes. i kinda freak out..) i want my neighbor to give me my first kiss. i kinda like him Little. we're both 13. i notice him alto but it seems like he doesn't notice me... : ( so how would i make him notice me more, start dating, and eventually have our first kiss???
OK first of all, how do i get him 2 notice me more and then ask me out? just ignore the first kiss advice help 4 now.. thanks!!

I am 11, but don't think just because I am younger means you shouldn't trust me. I want to kiss this one boy that's my boyfriend so badly! I have had a kiss from a 14 year old. It wasn't a kiss with our mouth closed either. It was one where he opened his mouth and it lasted for 30 seconds. It was at a sleepover. My friend was sleeping and he was in my friends room. He was her brother. I think you should walk up to him and ask if he likes you. Take it slow! Guys don't want to be rushed!

You sound like nearly every young teenager on the planet! It is normal to worry, God knows I did, but trust me, it will come naturally. It sounds as if you are in two minds whether or not you like this boy. Don't think you need to kiss just anyone, wait for the right person and it will be a moment you will cherish forever instead of trying to forget. Just relax and it will happen. =]
