Not unless you both have open sores and/or bleeding cuts on the inside of your mouths.

If there is any blood present yes.

Hiv is a sexually transmitted disease, and you can get HIV from sharing blood with someone who has the disease or having intercourse/oral sex/anal sex with someone who has the disease. But no, not french kissing.

IF IT IS A WET KISS DEFINITELY YOU GET THE HIV. If it is a dry kiss you do not.

Only if you have open cuts in your mouths. Even then, there probably isn't enough to pass the virus.

Only if you swallow a bucketful of the infected person's saliva, or if there is an area of bleeding in the person's mouth.

If the infected person has an open sore in their mouth, it is still highly unlikely that HIV will be transmitted because saliva has an inhibitory factor in it that is believed to inactivate the virus.
