I'm afraid there is nothing you can do. Legally, old men and women have a constitutional right to grab and french kiss anyone they want, except on Tuesdays. It's in the 11Th amendment to the constitution. If you want to change this outdated practice, I'm afraid you'll have to elect better representatives, and push for legislative change.
