OK, so my best friend and I have tried to go out before, but we can get a good time/place (that's the only reason we haven't gone out) but we both really like each other and we tell each other that we love the other one alto. I want to kiss him (it would be his and my first kiss) but I don't know when to do it. help please!

well I'm 13 so i now what to do had how to do it. what you do is the next time you go out is when he takes you home give him a kiss her will never forget!

The best time to kiss is when you both agree it is okay to do so..Its always awkward the first time..but as you learn to relax when doing so it will become a natural move on both your parts..and please if at some point you both decide to go further than a kiss protect yourselves..Sex can be deadly ya know!But that's another question to deal with!..Don't let a kiss ruin your friendship and make it a mutual decision to try it!
