OK she's 16 and I'm 12 she loves me a lot of people know, but someone mentioned to both of us that we need to kiss how should i get her to agree to it?

OK first off there is not to big of an age difference because if it was the other way around everyone would be fine with it....anyways if she really likes you and you like her then just make the first move and go for it...she might be the type to want you to take control and be in charge so just lean in and if she wants the kiss to she'll meet you half way. good luck and no matter what people tell you there is nothing wrong with yours and hers age difference

Well,if u and her r going out,she will kiss u in sometime.try to surprise her sometime.while u all r sitting together,just kiss her while her guard is down.BTW my name is Ethan,too.
