Tips or HELP on First Kiss?

Now let me just start off by saying, I know there are tons of questions like this already, but i kinda want something more personal.

Okay, so i just finished grade 8 , and I'm going to high school in September .
Before my sister ranted on about how her grade 8 summer was the best because she had her first kiss with some dude etc. etc.
T_T anyways, i feel as if i shoulder had mine already or sometime soon but, i mean i cant really go out, meet some random guy and say "KISS ME"
Aside from the fact I'm too chicken shit to do that.
I go to camps and stuff and alto of guys end up liking me but i cant really make that extra leap.
Ive never had a guy over at my house or anything like that but i HAVE gone to a park with a guy alone and it ended up being pretty awkward ( for me at least) since i didn't really know him too well.
WHAT DO I DO?

Honestly, wait. Unless you really like the guy and you make sure he really likes you. You have to try to find out somehow does he like you, and if you try to kiss him will he kiss you back?

Wait. Find a guy you really like, that you think you'll end up with and find that perfect time. Everyone has their moment. You just haven't had it yet.

When you meet the right guy you'll know, and you two should have your first kiss together, don't worry, he'll come along you'll meet tons of new people!

Honestly, kissing comes naturally. I remember asking tons of questions like these but, when it actually came time to getting my first kiss; I just knew what to do.
