No, that doesn't make you inexperienced. Most people do have kisses at younger ages, but a lot of people don't. A lot of my friends didn't, and I had my first kiss at 18. The guy it was with didn't mind or seem to think it was weird.
I have to admit though, it wasn't great. It's pretty rare for a first kiss to be amazing. I personally don't think kissing comes naturally the first time, BUT you do pick it up pretty quickly. You just have to go for it. The first time you do it, a peck is best. That's really, you just kiss the person on the lips like you'd kiss a family member on the cheek. The next time you can try actually 'locking lips' ha ha. It will be awkward but the next time you do it, you'll have the hang of it.
