If they look at your lips a lot when they're talking to you, or looking at them. Or laugh at your jokes all the time, especially if they're bad, probably means they like you. If they come close to your face and smile is also a sign.
i didn't read your last question, but i don't think this one was worded any better, no offense. don't ask them to kiss you, ask if you can kiss them. just ask 'can i kiss you' then you'll know if they want to be kissed. and they'll think your sensitive to their feelings and think its sweet and cute and wonderful that you asked.

This is what my husband did while we were dating. After our first or second date when he was taking me to the door after our date he lightly kissed my hand and said goodnight. He told me later that he did it to see if I smiled or looked at him weird. I smiled, and that's how he knew he could try to kiss me later. If I looked at him weird he would have waited.
