Keep your eyes closed and just do what you feel is best, it sounds scary but when you do actually kiss it will feel natural.

most important is to know whether your kiss will be welcome.
the other things like having clean teeth, not smelling bad, not wearing smearing lipstick
and doing it in an appropriate place are self explanatory.
also: don't kiss aggressively, better wait what the response to your kiss is.
