Take her to the movies or something. Kind of hard to explain "how" you should do it, but when it happens just be relaxed. She probably isn't very experienced either. Also don't think you have to go into a make-out session with her on your first kiss. always let her take a little lead in initiation of the kiss, don't be too aggressive, especially since its the first kiss.
