I'm ready to kiss him, but how do I tell him that?

I've known Noah since year 5 in school, and he was in 4. This year, we started liking each other. (I'm 14, he's 13).
We've liked each other and had been unofficially dating for over 3 weeks. A week ago, we made it official.
Last night he said he was thinking about things he hoped to do, including his first kiss, and holding hands with a girl. He also said some things about sports achievements, but I wasn't too interested in that.
I told him that you can control some of that, but the rest just has to be done when you feel it's good. Like an impulse. I want to let him know that I haven't kissed before, either, and that I'd let him kiss me. Help.

(yes, I did ask this last night, but no one told me how I would imitate kissing him or holding his hand)

start play fighting and then when you feel the moment is right just get really close to him and tell him ...you how you mentioned last night that you never kissed and all that well i ha vent either and then get really close to his face and kiss him

Girls grow up quicker than boys, sexually that is. this will be down to you.

Just tell him. " Hey Noah, I just want to kiss you" if he runs the he is not old enough and you need to keep being friends until he is.

The first kiss is hell but it just keeps getting better so it is worth it.

Honestly, just make the first move. Guys like to be caught off guard like that. Doing so, will make him think you're spontaneous and can expect you to be a little more "wilder", in the future. Makes it fun and has him feeling more into you, not board.

then just kiss him slowly lip to lip mouths closed let the lips linger there for a min see what he does.
