run your tongue around the inner lips and then back off. That's a sensitive area and if you do it right you get a reaction. The tip of the tongue is very sensitive too if you wiggle back and forth and barely touch it and then back off. I remember this one girl that was a great kisser when I was in high school. She had it down to a science and she taught me.
