He has fallen in love with you if he wants to spend a lot of time with you and make you a part of his goings INS in everyday life. He likes you if you spend time together once in a while.
Ask him. His personality determines most of his confession as well, if you get my drift. If he's the play around kind, forget it, it'll probably end up a joyride. If he's the pensive, brooding kind, then you've got yourself into the tangled little web of love, or something very close to that. Beware of liars.
if he smiles at you ,touches you, exposes his palms, hugs you means that he likes me. also notice when he's talking to someone else when he's with you, if his body is pointing tor ward you (he likes you). let him know your into him, but dint make yourself to available also.
Well, if he's fallen in love with you, than you'll know right away. It's extremely hard to explain the feeling of love, but once it happens to you it will be so clear. If he "likes" you than that's still a good thing, because it may lead to him falling in love. Just try and wait it out a little, and don't be afraid to show him how you feel. If you love him, maybe all you need to do is tell him. That could be the one thing holding him back from getting his feelings out there.
If some one likes you they will laugh at you jokes and pick you flowers from the nearest tree if someone loves you they will make a complete fool out of himself in front of you and your guys es friends just for you.

First off, you should ask yourself: What is Love? Are there different levels of Love? Is Love stale, a solid, an action, is it only for the moment or does it transform from yesterday, today and tomorrow?
In the end, you can't. You will never know if he/she likes/loves you. You must take a leap that the person loves you. You pose the question of love as if it's a place, or a moment in time, when I think it's not. For me, love is an action, and since we humans are creatures that live in action I know love is not easy. It's hard work, but it's worth it.
A person may love you today, but might not tomorrow. So, to answer your question as best I can, you should spend time with that person and notice if and how they love them self. If a person doesn't love them self, they cannot love another person.
I would define love as choosing (notice an action) the greater good for yourself and others. I'd recommend reading "The Road Less Traveled" by M Scott Peck. There's a great section on Love.
Well if he didn't 'like' you he probably wouldn't be with you anyway, but LOVE is unconditional, you can really tell if someone has falling in love with you, not by words from their mouth, but by their actions. I believe it's love when you don't have to ask someone to do things for you but that person does things because THEY want to. They want to be around you, talk to you, take you out and show expressions of love, like attention, affection, closeness and even small gifts from time to time. You should be able to tell just by the way he looks at you. Just remember, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.
