I also am a Christian. But remind your mother that if she is a true Christian, our purpose as Christians is to act as God or Jesus and love everyone unconditionally, even if they don't believe the same thing you do. It's their life and their choice to believe what they believe. If you can't help them spiritually, it's okay. That just means you aren't the one God intended to help them come to Christ if they ever do come to Christ. Just remind her to love unconditionally and do her best to not only think before speaking, which everyone should do, not just your mom, and to work on breaking the habit of racist jokes.
