Love advice needed please help?

Hi I'm 15 years old and there is this girl who I have known all my life (she is 15 also and is in my year at school but doesn't go to the same school) my mum and hers used to work together and they are good friends anyway.

I love this girl and last night we came so close to making out but I was to shy i love her but don't have the guts to tell her and the thing is about a year ago she started having feelings for me but then moved on because I didn't. I have feelings for her and in a message she said last night changed everything. I love her so much and when I am with her I feel like time slows down and comes close to stopping.
This is a message to the world.
Help I don't want to lose her I think it's true love.

I know you dint want to hear this, but your not in love. You haven't dated, you haven't kissed, you haven't had sex. Dont tell her you love her, she will be scared away I promise you that. Tell her you like her and ask her out. Go from there.

i think you need to try something slow like holding hands and see her reaction, if she smiles tell her how you feel. that's all i can really tell you to do i really hope it all works out you seem to really love this girl

Don't never let your nerves get to you. You sound like you really like this girl so take a shot at it, don't hold back. I had the same situation with my girlfriend before we started dating. We both had feeling for each other but I never had the nerve to tell her how I truly felt until one day it came to me that i really loved her and wanted to be with her so I took my shot before I lost my chance. We have been dating for a year now and everything has went great so tell that girl you want to be with her and you have serious feelings for her. I mean on the bright side your 15, when your 16 you can drive to see her since she goes to a different school. Both of your parents could maybe be drive you two somewhere to meet. So take that chance as quick as you can.
