Technically yes and no. You should not go looking for love, but you shouldn't reject if it does come to find you. While waiting may seem painful, you should still allow yourself to be available for love. Instead of when meeting someone or going into a relationship or relations with the opposite sex, you should instead be open minded to the possibility of love without pursuing it. You should never pursue love, but instead keep yourself open. This my interpretation on "waiting" for love. But don't wait too late. Still take actions to make sure you can attract the best person for you by being yourself, stay healthy, keep a positive mindset, try stay to a decent physical appearance, etc. No one knows their true love. Its who you end up with in the end.
