PLEASE HELP!!!!how NOT to fall in love with a guy?

this guy is driving me crazy -.-
we have been hanging out a lot in the last weeks and he is a TOTAL MACHO ND plays with girls.
He keeps telling me that I'm different and even told that girls he was going out with about me ND that he is in love with me.
Today he called me by mistake and he was talking to somebody that he would be TOTALLY amazed by one US girl it couldn't have been me Cox I'm German. I cut the call ND told him that he should call me back and that he should be more careful about his phone whom he is calling by mistake if he is already having such conversations.
I know a lot about him which nobody else knows. I really love to keep him as a friend, but i dint want to love him Cox i dint want to get hurt by him.
PLEASE HELP ME i really dont want to fall in deep love with that guy because im still totally hurt from my last realtionship :'(

then just be his friend. obviously if hes mistake dialing you and you overhear him talking about other girls, your assumption of him being a player is correct. its your choice weather to fall for him or not. and dint play the "i cant help myself" card. because you can. you KNOW he's trouble. if you want to not fall for him (i guess?) then dint hang out with him as much.. and find other friends to meet and hang out with. or just dint see him as much. but dint buy his BS if you already know he's a player. he's not worth it, and you will get hurt, Again.

wow , this is hard, i dint think you can have both, you aether need to cut all ties with this guy. . . .or take a big risk and be in a relationship with him, let me tell you why, he has already made it known that he wants to be moor than Friends right? well threes you're answer, no matter what he ever tells you, he will Always want to be moor than Friends with you, and that will cause you to get right back to were you are now, sounds to me like this is one troubled fellow, and you seem like a nice girl, you're gonna have to cut him off, or suffer the broken heart.thank and keep you're head up have an amazing day.

Take yourself out of the equation or take a chance of getting hurt can't do both~
