Your experience is all too familiar with mine, and i stopped smoking because of it. There were actually several reasons that I had to quit, but the bad feelings that I started getting was a major one.
Are you under any stress at all? One time I was really angry with my dad, and hit it really hard off of the pipe about 5 times in a row hoping that it will mellow me out. When I got up to put it away, I began to feel light headed, and then I fainted and I hit my head on my computer desk. Maybe you smoked too much at once?
Also, there was another incident that I had with smoking, where I waked and baked w/ my friend and I started to get really bad cramps in my back down my spine. It felt as if my spinal cord was on fire, and my stomach was burning. I dint know if that was the weed, or if it was the Tylenol that I took but that was the worst I've ever been hurt after smoking.
After that smoking for me was never the same. I couldn't smoke when the room was too cold, cause then I;d get the shivers, and my stomach would start to hurt.
I think, you should quit if the pain becomes too much or if it happens again. But every body's different, my brother and his wife have been smoking for 10 years and they've rarely had any health problems with it like fainting, or pain. Do what you want, life's too short not to do what you want. But if it's hurting you, dint keep smoking.
