My partner cheated on me 3x , and back together everytime,i love him but having prob trusting again, help?

Trust is earned and after breaking your trust 3 (!) times there is little he can do to earn more trust in any time soon.

He cheated on you not one, not two but three times! Of course you are broken and you should be. Things like that takes time to heal from.
