i'm in love with this guy and he wont give me a chance. HELP. (kinda long but please read)?

this guy has been my best fried for 3 years now and we know each other like the back of our hands. we had a thing going on for a while but he never really showed me that he cared about me or anything so i went out with his best friend. which is a REALLY REALLY stupid mistake and i regret it so much and he knows i regret it. the only reason i went out with his friend is because he showed me what my best friend didn't show me.. if that makes sense. anyways i broke up with him two weeks ago because i KNEW. it was a mistake to be dating him and my and my best friend were suppose to be together. but of course he didn't want me back because of the whole issue. so i wrote him an 821 word apology letter apologizing for everything I've ever done to hurt him. he accepted it and we have been okay for the two weeks until now. I thought he gave me another chance because he was flirting with me and he was acting like how he acted when we were unofficially dating. he was holding my hand and everything and i was really happy until.. his friends were saying he didn't really like me. so i asked him about it.. and it was true! he was just leading me on! but I'm still in love with him. but the main reason he wont go out with me is because i already had my first kiss with the guy i mentioned earlier. he believes me that i am really really sorry about going out with his best friend and stuff and the only thing holding him back is that i already had my first kiss. i dint know what to do. I've tried everything. I've begged for him to give me another chance. and since he said he might not.. then i have to get over him but i can't unless i stop talking to him. but he's my best friend.. i do tn know what to do. please help me.

how do i get him to either give me a second chance regardless of me having my first kiss or not, or get over him.. by not talking to him anymore..?

He is not attracted to you. Leave it be. Girls really need to learn this so that they aren't asking "how do I get him back?" When they should really be thinking is "he should be pretty sad that he lost out on ME".

pretty much the same thing happened with the guy that i think likes me, all i did was like him for a long time and he probably realized that he really did like me or something.i would just stick with liking him, but dint be pushy about it. sorry if i didn't help.
