She laughs at my jokes, she stays back an hour with me before going home every few days, she gives me hugs, she texts XS and <3 to me, she always smiles when I pass her in school, she playfully swipes her hand at my face, does she love me?

I don't know if she LOVES you, but she certainly seems to like you.

However, some guys and some girls are flirty with EVERYONE. I suggest you see how she acts around other guys...

love is a very strong term to use. she is flirting with you which may be a good sign or an indication that she is a flirt with anyone !

Hell yeah!
Invite her over or tell her to leave you alone, but do something cos she's head over heals for you and she'll move on if you don't act fast!
