1) text him.
2) try to get him help to get rid of drugs.
Drugs are so freaking dangerous you should help him quit them.

i know how you feel, i liked a guy for 3 years and we dated for ab it, and then we broke up and just stayed friends. recently we had a fight because he led me on and really hurt me. he doesn't try to do anything even though he said he cares.
your not over reacting. and as hard as it is, you have let him go if he is going to be this way. hes not worth it and doesn't deserve you.
3 years of the love of my life being a jerk and i just got it now.
he might change he might not, but i guess you can only give people so many chances.
id try one more time with him and if he doesn't change, i think you should leave him, find someone who really cares and makes an effort.

you can do Wayattyter than this. he obviously does not have his priorities straight. you are so young, and you have a long life ahead of you.... get out there, meet new people, good influences, to get over him. he is not interested in you... his drugs are more important. and he knows how you feel about him....

if you want to make any form of contact with him, make it once more and make it a good one; TELL HIM LIKE IT IS......

love is a beautiful relation which cant be back every time. In your case i recommend you to try to fix the issue of drugs by discussing with him. box even you try to marry him tomorrow the sufferer will be yours. The most worst thing is DRUGS. For this a man can do anything, like rob, like rape, like kill or any. You cant help then.
Give him much time or take him to a doctor and try to treat him even it is difficult if you love him really. A friend in need is a Friend in deed. Remember it. Try to fix it or then take a decision of leaving him.

honestly..i dint think you should be with him. i know you love him but do you really think watching him do so many bad things to himself and being ignored by him would make your own life any better? Its only natural to feel so strongly after dating for so long but i think you need to let him go.
