I really like this guy... and I think I might love him. Help me please?

Now there's this guy that I REALLY like and might love. But I'm afraid that I'm too young to know what love is about. Anyways, his (nickname) name is Sevin and the problem is.. he kinda used to be a bully. I always liked him ever since I met him last year. The reason he was a bully was because he accused me of lying about having seizures and then made fun of me for it. Yesterday was our dance and I told him everything I felt about him and he said he likes me as a girlfriend 50%. I think he likes me 100% just because I said that; he told me he was really sorry he ever made fun. I think I love him what do I do?
I have already asked him out once. He replied with, "As a girlfriend, 50%."

You like him; you don't love him. Sweetie, love is very complicated. Don't try to grow up too fast.
But definitely ask him out if you like him and he likes you.

first of all how old r you CZ ID what 50% means its either a yes or a no. and do not tell a guy you love him unless you've been going out for a while and mean it trust me you dint love him right now you like him but you will know when you love him but just talk to him and get to know him and get comfortable talking to him before you do anything CZ if your not comfortable talking to hi you wont be in a relationship and it wont last at all! trust me Ive learned.
