Just take less carbohydrate food (less sugary). Take more fruits and vegetables. Much more like vegetarian. Vigorous exercise won't help much. Light exercise is better. Orange juice is OK. Then milk. Oh yes! That scheme reduces weight. Temporarily. If you stop one day, you'll notice the coming back. Take a lot of water but not carbonated or gaseous. Take less chilled water and preferable warm water. Take less shorties, candy or chocolate. Don't take alcoholic drink. Don't smoke. Rest enough but don't exceed. Make sure not to get too hungry. Have enough sleep each day (say 4 to 6 hours). Manage your anger. Be always cheerful. Keep away from stress or depress. Always active. Oh..my points are jumbled up, aren't they.
