So for breakfast I had a bowl of bran & some cranberry juice. For lunch I had a bowl of bran, an apple & some orange juice. For tea/dinner I am having a curried lamb chop, veg & orange juice. I also had some gum (yum). I did 60 diver's crunches, 15 jackknifes, 15 lunges per leg(I have 2! ;P), 30 squats, yoga standing knee, & 12 bench dips. If I carry on this scheme for a while, will I loose weight? Will I tone up? Is this a good diet? What could I change? Thanks VERY VERY Michal, I so appreciate it!!!

Yeah it will, although, with all the exercise you're doing you need some cabs. If you're afraid of lots of cabs, eat a slice or two of wholewheat bread for lunch. And include chicken and baked beans, even tofu, cause protein is good for muscle tone and it burns more calories to digest than other nutrients and types of food.

Have something different for lunch.
You'll grow tired of having bran for two meals every day and that could result in messing up your diet.
Try something like grilled chicken, fish or tofu for lunch; it's high in protein and will help you become more toned while keeping you full for a longer period of time.

Just take less carbohydrate food (less sugary). Take more fruits and vegetables. Much more like vegetarian. Vigorous exercise won't help much. Light exercise is better. Orange juice is OK. Then milk. Oh yes! That scheme reduces weight. Temporarily. If you stop one day, you'll notice the coming back. Take a lot of water but not carbonated or gaseous. Take less chilled water and preferable warm water. Take less shorties, candy or chocolate. Don't take alcoholic drink. Don't smoke. Rest enough but don't exceed. Make sure not to get too hungry. Have enough sleep each day (say 4 to 6 hours). Manage your anger. Be always cheerful. Keep away from stress or depress. Always active. Oh..my points are jumbled up, aren't they. Well, all are my suggestions.
